Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours M-F. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. 


Shipping methods are available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the carrier rates. Free shipping available on all orders of three or more 4-packs of TATU. 


We are located in Portland, Oregon. If you qualify for free local delivery, it will be an option once you fill in your delivery address during checkout. If you believe you should qualify for free local delivery but it is not an option, please reach out and we can arrange delivery. 


We currently only ship in the United States. Please reach out to us via the contact page if you are located outside of the United State and we may be able to make an exception. 

Refund Policy

You are welcome to return or exchange your product for 30 days. To do so, please email explaining your issue and we will respond with instructions on how to return the item(s), if necessary. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Once your return is received by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.
